$2,000,000-Tractor Trailer Accident- wrongful death policy limits settlement following head-on collision with tractor-trailer in north Georgia; settlement was obtained within six months of representation.
$1,525,000-Dram Shop liability-for a husband and wife injured in a head on collision by a drunk driver; the lawsuit was against the drunk driver and a restaurant under a dram shop theory for its negligent service of alcohol to the drunk driver.
$800,000-wrongful death-for widow of 56-year-old man killed in collision with dump truck, believed to be largest wrongful death verdict or settlement in rural north Georgia county where case was filed.
Confidential mid-six-figure settlement-Automobile Accident- 17-year-old who lost the index finger of his dominant right hand as a passenger in vehicle rollover.
Confidential high-seven-figure settlement-Wrongful Death- for the family of a 42-year-old woman killed in a construction accident in north Georgia in which her mother also was seriously injured.
$750,000-Tractor Trailer accident- for injuries sustained in a tractor-trailer wreck resulting in a non-surgical herniated disc and closed head injury to victim of road rage.
Confidential high-seven-figure wrongful death settlement-Aviation- for father and son victims of TWA Flight 800 plane crash.
Confidential high-seven-figure settlement-Government Liability- resolving state and federal litigation on behalf of multiple victims of sexual molestation and abuse by a police officer.
$450,000-Automobile Accident- for driver and passenger injured in head-on collision where insurer refused to pay policy limits of $100,000 to settle the claim; clients ultimately recovered in excess of policy limits based on carrier’s bad faith refusal to settle.
